Estimated delivery times are:
* Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
* Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
* Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
* Free Shipping on eligible orders (as displayed during checkout).
* Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and shown before payment.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
* A shipping confirmation email or SMS.
* A tracking number to monitor your shipment.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will make multiple delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and PIN code are correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:

* Photos of the package
* Photos of the damaged product (if applicable)
8. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery may be available for selected PIN codes.
Orders may be verified before dispatch.
